Housekeeping missed the mark. some towels weren't changed unless specifically requested, and it was annoying to have key cards deactivated daily without any warning. There were also cleanliness issues, including dirty toilets and a shower curtain with a sour smell, which is far from ideal for the price point here.

i thought i woudl ve been treated special here, but the lack of housekeeping, dirty bathroom, and rude staff turned my stay into a nightmare. i almost gave a good review, but can’t overlook these issues. i’ll be looking elsewhere next time, clearly this place can’t handle special guests like me.

I had a solid stay! The room had a fridge and microwave, perfect for snacks. Breakfast options were great, and I loved the big TV. Just wish they had better towels and a smoother check-in process without key card issues.

Had a good experience overall. Checkin was smooth , staff was very friendly and helpful. One guy named Zachery was fantastic, gave us tips about the area and was just super nice.

The staff was great throughout my month-long stay, especially when I needed help with my bags. The spacious double room had a super comfortable desk chair and a remarkably large fridge, perfect for my long-term stay. I appreciated the respect for my privacy and their willingness to help keep my bathroom stocked with toilet paper.

Excellent location, friendly front desk staff, and a clean room to recharge between activities. Breakfast had numerous choices, perfect for getting a good start to the day.

The staff was awesome and super accommodating, even giving us two rooms on the ground floor. The breakfast spread had plenty of choices. We checked out some local spots like the Highland Square Mall and Glasgow Square Theatre, which were easily accessible.
